Life Settlements
A life settlement is a financial transaction in which a person possessing an unneeded or unwanted life insurance policy sells the policy to a third party for more than the cash value offered by the life insurance company. The purchaser is responsible for all subsequent premium payments and becomes the new beneficiary of the policy. For life settlements, we are partnered with GWG Advantage.

Reverse Mortgages
A reverse mortgage is an equity loan that allows a homeowner to access the equity in their home and receive a lump sum, a tax-free monthly income and/or a credit line. Reverse mortgages are backed up by a major financial institution or by FHA/HUD. For this service, we use Next Generation Financial Services, a division of 1st Mariner Bank, Baltimore, Maryland.
